Administrative Team

The CIO’s administrative team provides overall administration of the IT Services Division.

IT Governance

The Chief Information Officer is advised on technology strategies and policies by several key committees and councils. The CIO also engages with various university and University System of Georgia bodies to ensure transparent and collaborative IT governance.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations is a priority at Georgia Southern, especially where technology plays a vital role. The CIO oversees technology program compliance, providing resources and information regarding federal, state, and industry-specific requirements.
